Welcome Everyone!
Hello, we have just set up our class blog.
We are Miss Dunnell’s Year 3 class at Priestsic Primary School in Nottinghamshire.
We are really excited about blogging but we are also a little bit nervous as we have never done this before. Have you got a classroom blog? If so are there any tips you could share with us?
Thankyou, we hope to hear from lots of you soon.

Hello Newbloggers!
Just found you via http://tbarrett.edublogs.org/and could not resist the temptation of making a first comment.
I am a teacher of English as a foreign language and in March 2003 I decided to start a blog to support my language lessons. I was also a bit uncertain at first, but I must say I am very happy with this experience.
Although language learning oriented, perhaps you may find some ideas in my class blog to adapt to yours.
You can find The FCE Blog here
http://fceblog.blogspot.com
In case Miss Dunnell is interested, here is a presentation on classroom blogging I made in September:

All the way from Argentina, wishing you the best in your blogging experience.

I’ve used class blogs more than once, and it’s always fun. Welcome to the blogosphere!
on January 24th, 2007 at 8:32 pm
Welcome to the world of blogging! I promise you will learn more than you ever thought possible
I am a middle school IT teacher working in international schools around the world. Please feel free to check out my class blog for all middle schools students and parents at my current school.
Here’s a tip: In order to ensure that you do not loose any of your posts, write them in Word first (this also helps with spell checking) and then copy and paste them into your blog. That way, even if there are technical errors, you won’t loose your work (unfortunately I learned that lesson the hard way).
Good Luck!

Miss dunnel and class you should ask mr Barrett how to do this stuff [he’s really good at doing things like these.] Me and probably most of my class would agree that you should look on ther people’s blogs and look at some idea’s our class sugested that you should put Geo visitors on, you can see who has looked on your blog in a short or long period of time.
I hope you use my advice from Maisie in yr6
